Spectator Guidance

We are pleased to open up our matches, which will be run in line with Government Guidelines and National Governing Body advice for each sport. To continue keeping our community safe, we ask that you are familiar with our guidelines for match days, as detailed below:

  • Anyone showing Covid 19 symptoms should stay at home or remove themselves from site immediately
  • We would ask that parents bring their own hand-sanitiser and use it frequently
  • Face coverings are mandatory where 2m distance cannot be maintained.
  • Family groups / households can be in groups without social distancing but can we please, at all times, avoid groups of spectators mixing. Parents should not bring extended family members.
  • No match teas for visiting parents, but Nuffield Health will allow visitors to purchase coffees etc; light refreshments will be provided for our parents in the Marquee. You are of course welcome to bring your own refreshments.
  • Parking is limited on site and we ask that all visitors park in the gravel car park, between the astros and tennis courts (1 on the map https://www.stedwardsoxford.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/St-Edwards-Sports-Map_update1.pdf)
  • Parent toilets can be found in the block, near the astro pitches
  • Facilities are not available further out on the fields, so please bear this in mind when visiting.
  • Spectators should not enter any school buildings, including the pavilion.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to our procedures without notice should we feel that the safety of our own community and that of our visitors is being compromised on the day.

We hope that you enjoy your visit to St Edward's.
